Reflection of Life
Nathaniel Hudson Sr. was born August 20, 1932 in Richland County, South Carolina to the late King (Rosa Bell) Hudson. He
departed this life on Monday, February 22, 2010.
He was a retired construction worker, retired from Richland School District # 1 and he served his country in the U. S. Marines. He was also a fun and loving man, father, and friend to everyone.
He was preceded in death by his son, Georgy Hudson and a brother ,Willie Hudson.
Nathaniel leaves behind his loving and devoted family members: wife, Emma Jean; two sons, Carl (Sherry) Breland of Tennessee and Nathaniel ( Angelica) Hudson Jr. of Texas; one adopted son, Charles Brown of Columbia; four daughters, Rena ( Floyd) Hughes, Tara (Steven) Fields, Sharon (Edward) Simmons, all of Columbia, S. C. and Gail Hudson of Texas; one brother, Izell ( Juanita) Hudson; one sister, Julia (Hammey) Romey; one sister-in-law, Mamie Hudson; seventeen grandchildren,; fourteen great- grand children, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
