Mrs. Sally Ann Hallman Sulton was born June 30, 1941 in St. Matthews, South Carolina.  She was the loving daughter of the late Leon Hallman, Sr. and Lillie Bell Hallman Barton.  She went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, February 19, 2010.

“Sall Ann,” as she was affectionately called by her family and friends, attended the public schools of South Carolina.  She worked for Crystal Linen Services in Columbia, South Carolina for over thirty (30) years.

“Sall Ann” was always loving and with a caring heart that was big enough for all the people she met while she was her among us.  She loved her kids and grandchildren with a deep kind of love.  Although she is no longer here with us, her loving spirit will continue to guide us.

Mrs. Sally Ann Hallman Sulton leaves to cherish her warm life: her husband, Wilbert Sulton of Buffalo, New York; her children, David (Renee) Hallman, Cheryl Hallman, and James P. Sulton, all of Columbia, South Carolina, Mark (Yasue) Hallman of California, and Dennis (Thelisa) Sulton of Blythewood, South Carolina; her sister, Rosemary Hallman of Queens, New York; her two brothers, David (Judy) Hallman and Daniel Hallman, both of Columbia, South Carolina; eighteen (18) grandchildren; eight (8) great-grandchildren; a host of other loving relatives and caring friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.

“Sall Ann” was preceded in death by a daughter, Onecie Sulton, a sister, Frances McCorey; two brothers, Leroy and Roy B. Hallman; and two grandchildren, Jerome and Donta Hallman.
