Condolences to your family. May you receive comfort from the word of God during this time of loss. Acts 24:15 says there will be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. Can you imagine the joy of Martha and Mary when Jesus raised Lazarus back to life?—Read John 11:21-24, 38-44. Revelation 21:3,4 promises that one day death, mourning, and outcry will be no more. May the love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all at this time of bereavement. Aunt Katherine is now at rest from the pains of this world. Although she will be missed here on earth, we believe we shall see her on that great getting-up morning, with all those that believe in Christ. God Bless the family, friends and caregivers

I would like to offer my condolences for your loss. How comforting it is to know that Jehovah, the God of all comfort, will soon eliminate all grief and provide permanent consolation when “all those in the memorial tombs will hear Christ’s voice and come out”! (John 5:28, 29) God promises that “he will do away with death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” (Isa. 25:8) Then, instead of having to “weep with those who weep,” all earth’s inhabitants will “rejoice with those who rejoice.”—Rom. 12:15.

My deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved family member. When a loved one falls asleep in death it grieves the heart. The Bible has beautiful and comforting words to help cope with the grief and sadness. Psalm 147:3 says: He (God) heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds. And the promise for the future at Isaiah 26:19; Your dead will live. And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life.
