Moncia was one of my best friends! We met in high school in my 10th grade year, she in the 11th my first day at Eau Claire she became my best friend! I am very saddened by the passing of Monica. It seems so very hard to believe, we have just met and (new employee) I thought you were just sick and was going to come back to work. Going to miss that calm spirit and beautiful smile.
