  1. Hi Alyssa,

I bonded with you during your stay. I was heartbroken for you when I discovered you were not in your room with “Peanut”. Know that I care. I am confident that you will see brighter days but until then hold on.

    Warmly,

    Shonda

  2. To my precious baby boy Amani! Today we lay you to rest. This is the hardest thing I ever had to do. I was looking forward to raising you up and seeing you develop. A piece of my heart died with you but I know this is a rebirth of new life and beginnings. God is holding you in his arms. Take your wings baby and watch over mommy and your brother and all your other family because you had so many waiting for you. Hold mommy up when mommy can’t hold herself up. I know you are in a better place. Always remember Jeremiah 29:11. Mommy will be ok. I will still be the mom for you and your brother. I will never forget you and I will never stop loving you! I carried you!

Mommy loves you always and forever!

  5. Though there are no words to ease your pain, remember that he is now in heaven, in God’s loving arms where he is now at peace. My prayers and sympathy to you and your family.

“Who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
For as we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too. If we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; and if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which you experience when you patiently endure the same sufferings that we suffer.” 2 Corinthians 1:4-6

  7. To my daughter, Alyssha,
I know your pain is unbearable right now but know that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. Damian your boy is in good hands now so dry your tears!
Dearest grandson, Amani, although we had your presence for only a few hours, you still warmed our hearts. And when it was time for you to go, an angel came and gently took you to your heavenly home. You will always be remembered; never forgotten!

Love always and forever, Nana Kay
