He came to pick me up to train me on a driving route. We instantly became cool we both being from up north. Franko was cool as a fan a good dude, funny, witty and very hip for his age everyone liked him. We go to blythwood court, garner ferry sheriff departments on that route they always was glad to see him come around. We chilled daily at work go out to eat, pay bills during lunch time. We watching tv in the breakroom Claudia, Teresa,Johnny, a few others that left later he always talking about current issues govt, sports his phone videos showing us this and that. I was the powerball/megamillion dude trying to always win writing #’s down during break. Every job event cookout, party me and Franko was chilling rolling together. I met a couple of his Ny buddies on facechat. He had SUV issues and ended up buying that brown car his wife that blue mustang super prayer to her Franko always talked about his queen and his family his sons, daughters. Franko loved to fish he went with a few co workers often that outdoor type. Last time I spoke with him he called me asking about filing taxes we used to talk about everything positive while at Richland County. I had left Richland county end of 2019. I ended up moving back to CT mid 2020 it was good to hear from him it being awhile. I recently switched phones and added his # to contacts because I always was given permission from him as a job reference applying for new jobs. dude help me with credit ref while in cola. May you take comfort in The Word of God as you remember…

I remember working in HPD in our 30’s. I’d look at you Frank and ask “What’s wrong”? You’d say “My Church is on a fast. Can’t wait to eat some fried chicken, greens and macaroni.” Then we’d laugh.
We’d cash our checks. I’d see you separating your tithes&offerings. That encouraged me.
Even after so many years, you still made me laugh as you’d send pics of food teasing me. I’d try making the same.
Will always remember you Dee and your visit to our Church in Harlem with Frank. Thank you.
Will keep in touch Dee through prayer and calls as you continue your journey here. Love your children as well.
Thank you for being my friend and brother Franko!
You’ll always be Our Friends and Family🙏🏾

Franko, I’m really going to miss coming by the house and seeing you sitting in your favorite recliner watching tv and asking me when I’m going to sell you my red truck because you need it to go fishing. I’m going to miss you going fishing, catching all that fish and making sure I came by so I can eat some with you and Dee. I’m also going to miss you asking me everytime I stopped by oh what you and Dee line dancing again today? You always made me laugh and for that I am truly grateful. You ran your race strong and now it’s time for you to rest.

You were the one who took me car shopping and it took me 3 days but you came everyday with me until I found the one I wanted. And even though I got in an accident 6 days after, you still took me to find another one and I’m very grateful for all the time we spent together. You always made sure we ate and if we didn’t you had coupons for days so we could go to Burger King 😂😂 We all loved you so much and will miss you dearly 😔❤️❤️

I’m gonna miss you calling me to see what I cooked and telling me to put you and my mom a plate together and you was gonna come and get it. I’m also gonna miss you coming to my house at 12 noon on the dot to pick up the plates for your job that I was selling. But most of all imma miss you coming over here every Sunday for your coffee and cookies before church. That was me and your time and I cherished that. Although I’m sad right now I’m happy that you are no longer suffering. Me and the kids are going to miss you (especially Delia). I love you dad 💔💔🥲🥲
