  4. My heartfelt prayers and condolences to the Ward family. We are saddened by the loss of Victor. He was a great co-worker and always willing to help in any situation. When we would have IT functions, Vic would bless us with his fabulous banana pudding, and it was the best ever. May God give you all peace and may you feel His Love during this time of bereavement.

  6. My heartfelt condolences are extended to the entire
Ward family. Victor was such a good guy; he was like a brother from another mother. We worked together at SCDEW for many many years. He was always calm, cool, collected and willing to help whenever a situation may arise. We didn’t see each other very often since we worked in different buildings, but when we did, it was all love and laughs. Sweet sleep Victor, my brother, my friend. Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

  9. Victor (Vic) was a heartfelt man. Who loved and adore his wife and girls. I worked with him for many years and he made some of the toughest days the most joyful. He had art for telling stories and reenacting the events that will make the crowd go wild. I’m truly blessed that our paths crossed and I learned so much from his wisdom. Rest In Peace The Network King!!!

  16. Victor was, as many will echo, just the most amazing person to work with. I worked with him for many years at SCDEW, though not in the same department, and he always stopped by my office and spoke when he was working in my area. He always had time to help or brainstorm IT solutions with me. I appreciate every conversation got to have with him and I will miss his smiling face around the office.

  17. I worked with Victor for many years at SCDEW. He was never to busy to help me (or anybody) with any issues I (we) had. I don’t recall ever seeing Vic without a smile on his face. I am thankful for the time that I got to work with him. To say that he will be missed is an understatement, but we know where he is and that we will see him again soon. Many prayers are being sent up for the family and friends that loved Vic.
