  13. I will miss my sister-in-love, Ruth McClerklin. I will never forget our road trips, our giggles and laughter. She attempted to teach me to sew because she was an accomplished seamstress. However, I was all thumbs! I also remember the prayer room at her home, as well as the Bible studies. When we were very young and living in New York, she moved in for a while to help care for us. Love and miss you sis.

  14. My dear Marlene,
I am thinking of you as your sister-in-law, and Willie’s sister transitioned recently to her heavenly reward.

I have long revered Willie as the Professor at Benedict who was responsiible for my success as a Chemistry/Physical Science
teacher during my tenure at CAJ, in particular.

Did not know of this sister but I
sincerely express care and condolence for you & the family
at a time such as this.

May she rest in heavenly peace.
