  10. To Mrs. Johnson (Carrie) and Family: I was heartbroken to learn of Mr. Johnson’s passing. He was not only my supervisor when I joined the Department of Human Resources, but also a mentor and a friend, His warmth, wisdom, and genuine care for those around him made a lasting impact on my life and the lives of so many others. I will always treasure the moments and conversations we shared. His ability to inspire and uplift others was truly remarkable, and his presence will be sorely missed. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this profoundly difficult time. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
