  1. I would like to express my deepest condolences to Verna’s family and friends. I am a member of Dreher High school’s class of 81 and on behalf of us all, Verna helped make our class the best ever. You guys will forever be in our prayers.

  5. Please accept my deepest condolences. I had the great honor of working with Verna at BCBSSC. Verna had such a big heart filled with joy. Her smile would light up the room. Prayers lifted for those she left behind. Her memories will live on.

  6. My sincere condolences to Verna’s family. I worked with her years ago at Blue Cross and I remember her as having the most beautiful spirit of anyone I had ever met. I remember Verna, my daughter and myself when to a USC football game during the Lou Holtz coaching era. We had a wonderful time as the game was against Mississippi State and we scored on a pass in the corner, late in the 4th quarter – it was the winning score. I will always remember that game. I know she will be truly missed.

  11. Deepest condolences to the Brantley family. Kerry is one of my best friends and I consider him my sixth Brother. Family please be reminded that Verna is in a much better place. Praying for the family and willing to help anyway we can.
