  13. I am truly sorry for your loss, Al and I worked together at Westinghouse and we were also neighbors. He stopped by my house about 3 weeks ago to see how his former babysitter was doing, My wife (Faleese) was his sitter when he was a baby. Although we didn’t see each other often due to our schedule, I will truly miss him and that smile. May God wrap his arms around his family not only on this sad occasion but forever. God speed.

  17. I am at a complete loss for words right now, which is interesting since I typically have a lot to say. Alexis, Sandy, and Ashley have and will always hold a special place in my heart. They are not just family by blood, but have always been my spiritual family and mentors. Alexis set the bar for me as a husband to my auntie, father to my cousin, and friend to all. As a couple, they also represented how marriage is really supposed to be. With the addition of their spirit angel miracle child Ashley, they represented (and still do represent) the complete package of what it means to be a family in which every member is a reflection of God. Their words align with their actions. Please know that I am and will always be there for you both Sandy and Ashley in flesh and in spirit.

  47. Rev McRant and Ashley, my heartfelt condolences to you during this most difficult time. Alexis – a Godly man, a good person, a family man and a wonderful dad. These attributes were shown during each encounter at First Naz. One half, of one of my favorite couples, who exhibited “black love” in the true sense. A man who doesn’t send his daughter but accompanies his wife and daughter in outings. He will be missed. May God continue to keep you both in His arms of care. Until we meet again…
