  1. Our deepest condolences to the Watson family! We loved Mr. Charles and are so sorry to hear of your loss, had we known we would have attended the service. We all grew up together as family in Rowland, NC. When I moved to Cola, SC, Mr Charles assisted me in getting my job there. My parents counted on him to “look after me” and his family was my family away from home. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and may you find peace and solace. God bless!

  17. I’m praying for the family of Mr. Charles Watson. We were former co-workers and he was my friend. I will miss the many talks that my husband and I had with him during our many visits to his shop. He had a wealth of knowledge and enjoyed talking about history. I often told him that he should have been a math teacher because he rarely needed a calculator. May his family find comfort in knowing many were blessed by the knowledge he gave.

  20. Carol and I are very sorry to hear about the passing of Master Sargent (R) Charles Watson. We have known the Watson family for over five decades and they have always been true friends. Further, MSG (R) Watson was a pillar in our neighborhood, Eastway Park, while always working to make our community a better place to live. We all will miss Sargent Watson. May he rest in peace and may the entire Watson family stay strong during these stressful times.
