Mr. Curtis Rowe, affectionately known as Little Man, was born on July 15, 1962, in Columbia, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Willie Rowe, Sr. and Mary Kelly Rowe. He was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Little Man was educated in the public schools of Richland County, South Carolina. He was employed and loved by his Roto Rooter Family. He loved to celebrate with family and friends. Although he is no longer physically with us, his loving, kind and big heart, and laughter will live on in the hearts and lives of all who knew and loved him. Mr. Rowe was preceded in death by: his parents, Willie and Mary Kelly Rowe; and a sister, Marilynn Rowe. Mr. Curtis Rowe leaves to cherish his precious memory: his sisters, Mrs. Faye (Cal) Jacobs and Ms. Linda Rowe; three brothers, Willie (Cheryl) Rowe, Jr., Gary Rowe, and Thomas Rowe, all of South Carolina; aunts, Ms. Mildred Murray, Mrs. Irma Randle, Ms. Blanche Rowe, Mrs. Ethel Adams, Eartha Kelly, and Emma Rowe; uncles, Mr. Arkon Kelly, Reverend Ethoin Rowe, Mr. Charlie Rowe, Mr. Andrew Rowe, M. Ervin Rowe, Mr. Lonnie Rowe, Pastor JoeAdams, and Mr. Kenneth Rowe; two nieces, Carlena Rowe and Brittney Young; a close friend, John Pauling; a host of other loving relatives and caring friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. God blessed him with a second family: Mr. and Mrs. James and Sandra Howard, like two brothers, Tomas (Nancy) Olvera and Bubba (Karen) Howard; like a sister, Lacey (JP) Peevey; and like a nephew and a niece, Chase and Lena Peevey, whom he loved dearly.
