  1. I’ve known Ishmael Wade since we were both I. The College of Nursing at USC. And although we never worked the same areas.also at CFSH. I am just finding out about his passing and am heartbroken. Many times we passed the night shift away talking and reminiscing about school and old classmates. I had not seen him but once since my retirement. At an BBQ restaurant, where he of course took the opportunity to tease me about getting his order before I cleaned the place out! He was just as funny and jovial as ever.
My sincere and deepest condolences to his wife Sarah and the entire family on the loss of a great husband father and friend to fellow co-workers.

  16. Our Condolences to the Wade Family.

Much prayer and love to Sarah, Spencer and Kim.

Our families go back quite a way. “Ish” is fondly remembered for his humor. Yet one thing stands out to us – while watching an Ephesus church live steam, Ishmael, after having been away for quite a while because of illness said, “I’m here/back to stay.” It was a moving testimony to his walk with God.

As he rests, may the family continue on in faith knowing there’s a better day after while…we wait together for eternity, reunions and most of all, Jesus.

May the peace, comfort and love of God be with you all.

  19. To the Wade family. I have known and loved you practically all of my life. What a rejoicing it will be when we are all united with you, Wilbert, and all that we have known and loved. You were an intricate part of the Parham family and each of our individual lives. I shall always remember and cherish your sense of humor, the love you possessed for your wife and children and the joy you exhibited for the accomplishments of your family. You will always be known as a loving husband to Sarah and a wonderful father to your children. I anxiously look forward to the Revelation 21:4 day. When we all get to heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be. When we all see Jesus, we will sing and shout the victory!! Glory! Hallelujah!

To his beloved Sarah, “Spence,” Kimberly, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, his love for you was obvious in all his words and actions. We hardly ever spoke without him mentioning you with so much joy and pride in his conversation.
