I’m very sorry for your loss Tar was a smart and kind man we had fun times as next door neighbors in bluff estate my family and his family were good fun neighbors he will be missed 🙏🏽RIP🦋

Uncle Tar, you’ve left so many fond memories that will forever be intertwined with my upbringing and young adult life. You taught me to stand firmly on my beliefs and be prepared to go to any lengths for justice. Thank you for being my favorite uncle growing up. I will always love you.

Kenneth Martin Tucker aka “Tar,” As totally innocent children embarking on the quest of a public education in our early years at Waverly Elementary School we endeavored to explore and discover a friendship that lasted for decades and though we were deliberate over time the reality is we never quite measured well enough this promised conclusion would arrive this soon.
