Mr. Linwood an unforgettable man ! Very kind and respectful. He Loved laughter and joked with co-worker at SCDOT-West Columbia Shed!! He would offer sound advice to his younger and senior coworkers when consulted.
Skip was a man of few words he had a lot of wisdom, to the family I pray God wrap his arms around each and everyone of y’all and give the much needed strength in this difficult time. Family “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”
