  6. Prayers for peace and comfort to the family 🙏🏿. If you wanted to know anything about the city of Columbia, Marshall would happily answer your questions. My first job interview at DOT was in the copy room where he worked for years. RIP my friend.

  7. Marshall was a great guy to know. Very outspoken but nice!! We were co-workers at SCDOT. I always called him “Lil Marshall”. We used to tease each other all the time. He will be missed. My condolences to the family. Praying God will give the family peace, strength and comfort.

  9. My sincere prayers and condolences to the family of Marshall. I attended church with Marshall, he was an awesome person and knew how to bring laughter. It was amazing when he started singing on the choir, “Cooling Water” was his favorite.

  21. I worked at SCDOT along with Marshall for many years. Marshall was always such a nice person to be around and he showed himself as a friend.

    We were also in our retirement group together in which we all shared many good meals, great conversations, and many laughs.

    Marshall you will be missed. Praying for his family.

  23. I worked with Marshall at SCDOT for over 30 years and he was in my retirement group who meets once a month, you were a great person to know and loved to travel and just enjoy life, outspoken just like me, i’m going to miss seeing you, family you have my sincere heartfelt condolences.😪🙏🏽
