Sam was a Good person and He Truly will be Missed! I still can’t believe He is not here on earth. Sam and I Talked almost everyday had so many Good Laughs. Now I don’t have that anymore Wow and that hurts so bad but I’m glad He Found God before He left! RIP Sam and I will see you again some day!

The Staff at CENTA medical group will greatly miss Mr. Scott. He was always positive and encouraging even while struggling with his illnesses. He was a surprisingly deep thinking man. I know I will see him in heaven, with his new body that is strong and has full vision. He was a fine man. I will be praying for his wonderful family.
