The day was always brighter after being greeted by Mr. Phelps. He will long be remembered and missed .
I am sorry for y’all lost
There is a special mansion built by Lord Jesus himself for this wonderful Man! He has been a fixture at First Presbyterian Church for decades, and always smiling and kind. William will be sorely missed around our campus, and will leave a void in all of our congregation’s hearts.
Such a gentle spirit. I pray for God’s loving hands and strength for all his family. Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.
William was a sweet man with a servant heart. He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family. We know that he was greeted in heaven with open arms by a heavenly throng of saints and Jesus Christ. Yvonne and Latoya, we are praying for you in the days ahead.
Condolences and prayers to the family of Mr. Phelps. Whenever you saw him, he was always so nice and kind. I loved the Spirit within him. He was truly one of the beautiful ones. And GOD shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither shall there be anymore pain: for the former things are passed away. A person never dies if there is someone to remember them. Love is ETERNAL. Go Rest High
I’m still so in shock. Mr Phelps is going be missed at the programs.
