Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences are with the family at this time. Although we were not able to meet Ms. Gibson, we have been touched by her niece, Dr Melissa S. Shivers. Dr. Shivers shows us consistently that she comes from love and compassion, and that starts with family. We pray that the family will know that Revelations 21:4 says that “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain.”
We pray that the family finds peace in the arms of the Lord during this difficult time. May the Lord bless and keep you all.

My sincere condolences to you all and the family in your loss. Ms. Ida will be sorely missed. She was one of Cornerstone’s original pillars and her service to her church and the community is immeasurable. We labored long and hard in the vineyard but God has given her rest for a job well done. I will cherish the precious memories that we shared over the years.
Love you all,

To Buffy and family,
Your mother was my friend and a very special lady. She took me on my first vacation to the Bahamas and then we went to Atlantic city together and had a great time. I also enjoyed working with her on several catering events. We will always have her in our hearts for the kindness that was given to us. May the angels of heaven shine their loving kindness, compassion and love to you all. God will heal your broken hearts. Faithfully yours.
Buffy and Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time! May God Bless Yiu!

I pray that God give peace and comfort that surpasses all understanding.
My sincerest sympathy to the family! I remember her being such a sweet and humble woman!!! Prayers to her family!
People would say ” What 20 year old man has a 70 year old woman as a best friend?” We would be everywhere together. Interestingly, I didn’t even know Buffy at that time and little did I know, I would become your son in law. You welcomed me into the family, and treated me as a son and not a son in law, I 100% know Russell feels the same. You have been a wonderful mom.Never have I met a more tenacious individual. You didn’t have a liscence and still would be EVERYWHERE! I’m smiling listening to you tell the lady just two weeks ago ” I’ll tell you later because my son in law is a preacher, and he might start fussing and praying! Lol. Mom or Rev, as I called you, take your rest, Russell and I have your Bebe, Hope, Brent and grandkids. Promise! Love you immensely!
My sincerest condolences to Buffy and the family
