   Felix and Kay have been our neighbors for over 25 years. We are more than neighbors, we are family. Kay I’m gonna miss our talks, shopping strategies and most of all the holidays which was your favorite. Family you have our love and continued support as always. Kay Rest In Peace, you are truly going to be missed
