  1. To the Earley Family,
Thank you for sharing your mother with myself and my family. I have fond memories of Mrs. Earley growing up. I remember her picking me up for Sunday School and Vacation Bible School (VBS). Her guidance didnt stop their it contuine throughout my adulthood. Not knowing at the time but I went on to marry the grandson of one of her closet friends/classmate from school( Ruby Jackson)Mrs. Earley would always wacth over you, give good advice, and never stop during service. One of the last things Mrs. Earley did for me was come to the visitation at the funreal home when my husband pass last year. Thank you for all your kindness. To the family you have my heartfelt sympathy. Know that Mrs. Earley’s work on earth did not go unnoticed and that she left an impact on many. I know that this is not easy but in the days ahead lean on the Lord for understanding.

  3. Your kind, caring, honest, encouraging, giving spirit are traits I inspire to emulate. You were simply more than a next door neighbor, you was family to our family. A sense of community that appears to have vanished. My love for you was immeasurable and developed me as a young lady. Your love of flowers, stylish hats, cooking and the welfare of others will be remembered. You meant so much to our entire Rose family. My sincere condolences to the Earley family and all those she touched along this journey.

  4. Daryl and David, there is an empty seat in St. Mark Church. From Senate Street to Chestnut Street, there were certain people you knew you were going to see and followship with every Sunday. The passing of your mother has created a void. I will miss her, but I will never forget Mrs. Ruth Early.

  5. We had the honor of meeting Ms Earley over 20+ plus years ago. And from the time we met we could see one of Gods angels right here on earth. She was very enthusiastic, loving, caring, nice and kind spirited each and every time we met. It was a pleasure to know her and she will be missed. R.I.P. Ms Ola Ruth Weeks Earley.

  10. I got the privilege to visit my aunt Ruth a year ago. I had not seen her in over 30 years and was so pleasantly surprised that she was strong and vibrant and full of wisdom which she was passing on to me. Prior to my visit we began speaking on the phone and building a relationship. One which I will cherish dearly. Aunt Ruth you will be missed and I am so happy that I got a chance to see you and spend time with you. I know the Lord has gained such a beautiful angel..
Thank you for being apart of my life.

  11. Ola Ruth graced this earth with a voice and sweet power that touched the minds and hearts of generations. She was deliberate with her will and never held her radiant light back when the truth was most essential. She gave herself to the heart of the Lord and ensured that all those that met her felt the Lord’s divine presence. Ola Ruth personified love. She showed the world what it looked like to be honest, loving and full of power. She communicated these messages with such a warm grace that she was able to show us all what agape looks like on earth. The world is a better place because she was here. The world is a better place because she built a family from her beliefs. Ola Ruth left this humanly world a better place than she found it through her honest love and ways. We are all better for knowing her and the beautiful family she built. The Lord is happy to have her home and we are thankful she was gifted to us.
