   To the Family,
   You truly have my condolences. Ms. Rhodes and I worked together at the Detention Center for many, many years. I was always amazed at how neat and professional she looked in her uniform. Her knowledge of her profession was second to none. She knew how to manage some very difficult children while supervising and managing numerous staff members. I always knew if I went to Ms. Rhodes with the problem a resolution would be IMMEDIATELY forthcoming. May her soul rest in eternal peace. Family, Yes you will miss her but my Lord and Savior doesn’t make a mistake. God bless and console each of you!

   Grew up in same neighborhood with Roxanne. Went to school with her. Had class with her. Very sweet lady. She’s dearly loved and missed.

    My sincere condolences to her daughter and family. I had the honor of being her caregiver for almost a year. She and her granddaughter became my bonus family. She will be deeply missed RIH my “Big Baby”
