  1. My Granny, I’m so blessed and beyond grateful that I was able to experience the joy of you being my grandmother for 20 years. I’m so proud of all your accomplishments and the bravery shown throughout your fight. I’ve learned so much from you over the years, I’ve always admired you. Your strong, wise, humorous, and caring spirit will never be forgotten. I will cherish the memories of our phone calls, family trips, shopping sprees, weekends/summers at your house, and so much more. Your presence and smile always lit up the room. You left an impact on everyone you met. I miss you so much, it still doesn’t fully feel real. It’s been hard to process, but I know you’re in a better place. Knowing this brings me peace, especially knowing you’re up there with your loved ones. You mean so much to me, I love you with all my heart!

    – Our Warrior

Our Warrior, what a courageous woman you were.

You always trusted in your faith.
    Helped provide knowledge,
When we could not figure out the words to say.

You had a heart made of gold,
    Stood out from the rest.
We were taught from the very best.

Although you are not physically here with us,
You are here in our hearts.
I know you will help guide us through the dark.

    Now it’s time to rest,
You have passed your torches down.
We will continue the journey and make you proud.

Our warrior, what a courageous woman you were.

  7. Hi… My sweet baby! I’m not sure what I’m supposed to say but I love you and I miss you soooo much! 26yrs with you was amazing and I’m not sure how to do the rest without you…. I’m full of memories with you but I get empty with the thought of you not here. I got mom and my sisters, just guide me through the rest pretty lady. I’ll make sure my son, your (fat baby) knows who you are and will always know he would’ve had the best great grandma. It’s not enough words that can help this feeling but I won’t say too much cause it’ll only hurt me more, I still count the hours of you being gone and those hours are starting to get long! One day, we will reunite but until then my sweet baby, I’ll be as strong as you & continue to fight. I love you Granny and I’ll forever be your “DashaDuke” no matter what. Thank you for an amazing 26 years.

  10. To the Family of The Late Mrs. Sarah Ann Goodwin-Lovett, Pastor Sammy & First Lady Mary Wade offer our heartfelt condolences to the Goodwin and Lovett family. Family know that Mrs. Sarah Ann Goodwin-Lovett is in the hands of the Lord.. Mrs. Goodwin-Lovett has transitioned from this earth to receive her new body in Christ. Family, Look upon death not as the ending but the beginning. Look upon your loss as the Heavenly Father’s gain. Look upon the broken circle as an arrival home. Look upon the missing spoken spoken word as a journey completed. Look upon the empty chair as a place at the King’s side. Look upon the floral arrangements as an expression of love, Look upon your loneliness as a chance for fellowship with JESUS. Death for one who had died in the LORD is perfection. Look upon it as something especially wonderful in the LORD. The family will be in my and Pastor Wade prayers. Trust God in all things, Memories are legacy of love.
