Mrs. Theresa Joan Tymes Jones

Mrs. Theresa Joan Tymes Jones, better known as Tee-Tee, was born on May 27, 1953. She was the daughter of John H. Simmons and Della Mae Simmons. Mrs. Jones was educated in the public schools of Richland County, SC, and was baptized at an early age at Central Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: One True Love, David Wells; father, John H. Simmons; mother, Della M. Simmons; sister, Louise Moore; three brothers, Robert Clark, John Simmons, and Alfred Reese; one granddaughter, Jayla Maxwell; one great-grandson, JeZyah Jones. Mrs. Theresa Joan Tymes Jones leave to mourn her passing: her husband, Roger Jones; five daughters, Theresa (Jeremiah) Maxwell, Rosalind (Reginald)Tymes, Rochelle (Michael) Davis, Patricia (Richard) Jones, and Shawntane (Johnaton) Craft; two sons, Roger (Phyllis) Tymes and Telly (Lashonda) Jones; four sisters, Connie (Ervin) Young, Janice Jamison, Isla Simmons, and Ora Simmons; uncle, James McFadden; one goddaughter, Lashawn Archie; twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; four with whom she shared a special bond, Cookie, Travis, Tawyna, and Ken; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; all of whom will miss her dearly.
