  4. I was saddened to hear of the passing of Ms. Ada James. I met her at the Richland County Courthouse in 2001. Twenty years later, she would become a constituent and friend. It was my honor to know her. My prayers are with the family.

  8. I am so saddened by Mrs. James passing. She was a wonderful person. Often quiet and of few words, she looked after Judge Manning and all of us at the courthouse! I often asked about her daughters! She was missed when she retired and will always be remembered! Rest in peace!
