  1. To Tyrone and Courtney, your mother was so special in my life growing up in Second Nazareth. She was a special jewel and the perfect example of a Christian woman. Although life took us in different directions, I am the woman that I am because of her guidance and direction, advising me in the selection of higher education and career choices.
Mrs. Sweeney will be missed, but Heaven has gained another faithful warrior along with Deacon Sweeney and so many loved ones who now rests in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Continue being the wonderful sons that your parents have raised and also cherish their legacy as your families continue to grow.
May God Bless each of you always.

  2. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to our family, Celeste’s sons and their families. I will always remember my cousin, Celeste, as someone who loved to laugh. She could tell the funniest stories and keep me laughing! I also admired her faith and love for our Lord. During our lives we had several very meaningful talks, which I will always remember. May God bless Celeste, her sons, and their families!

  4. To the Family of Celeste Sweeney you have our deepest sympathy. As believers in Christ, we must accept His will, but when you lose a love one, especially your mother – It Hurts! But find comfort in knowing she is resting with the Lord. In all things we still give HIM the praise. We pray that GOD will send his angels to comfort you and your family, and that the tears you shed now will be replaced with the loving memories of your Mom. A Woman of God we will truly miss. 34. Dearest Family, as Deacon Avery of FNBC, has ecpressed, Celeste Sweeney was such a beautiful spirit to know & cherish.
    She was an endearing
lady of quality with a genuine desire to assist all in need of an encouraging word or just a stroke on the back to suggest “you can do or accomplish
    anything you set out to
do with God as your Father.
She served as one of our many Women’s Day Chairperson and did a wonderful “production” of coralling all of the committiees & support as we had a beautiful
and spiritual observance under her leaderdership.

We will revere the legacy of a life of service to her students, colleagues. & church family.
