  1. A very good and kind person. We both were pregnant at the same time. She was my best friend during the seventies, and allowed me to stay with her for a while. When I moved back home, she camed to visit me in Charleston. The last time I saw her was when I got married and she came to see me on the Charleston AFB. My husband relocated, and we did not keep in touch, but I never forgot her “unconditional love for people.” She came across my mind today, and I decided to look her up, and saw that she had passed.

  10. Marjorie hired me into my first supervisory position with the State. We became very close friends and our families became friends. Cherise as you know, our families have known each other since you were a baby. Marjorie was smart, professional, and a bright light to everyone she met. God speed my dear friend Marjorie.
