  14. There is something special about growing up in the small town of Eastover – we’re more than friends and classmates -we’re family. I had the pleasure of knowing Fran since our days as students at Webber Elementary. Like her mom, she possessed a calming and peaceful spirit that brought joy to everyone around her. I pray that God will cover her family and friends during this time of bereavement. Continue to lean on Him for peace, understanding, and comfort.
