  2. Mr. Phil Barber was a kind man and I would like to extend my condolences to the Barber family. I served in the Air National Guard with him before he retired and found out also he was a classmate of my late great uncle Willie Thomas. He said Mr. Phil was a nice person as well growing up and in school
