In the Name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to Sister Smith and Family Clement Rd Church of God Congregation and Friends you have my deepest sympathy I always remember Rev.Dr. Jordan D.Smith singing Iโ€™m going to live the life that I sing about in my song We love to hear him singing that song. Also in Memory of my Brother Rev.Dr.T.Allen Bethel I could still hear him saying if there’s a problem I don’t have the answer to I could always call back home and ask our Pastor Rev. Smith and he would have the answer. Pastor was devoted to giving so much, God only knows all the souls that he touched. Committed to serve when you answered God call, you prove it by being a servant to all.
We thank you Rev.Dr. Jordan D.Smith for the years . May Blessings be upon the family may God give you Peace and Comfort ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‡

  10. I’m so rarely at a loss for words (ask Dennis)! But I’ve waited this long because I haven’t been able to FIND the words. Mom, Veronica and Matthew: you are FAMILY and in my early 20’s after accepting Christ under Dad’s ministry, he grew to become the 1st real father figure I ever had. You KNOW I’d be right there in SC at your side! But God said no due to my recent surgery and it hurts so deeply! Dennis and I will be praying tomorrow as we stream Dad’s Homegoing, trusting God to wrap his loving arms of strength and comfort around each of you and the rest of the family! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’•โœ๏ธ

  18. To Pastor Jordan’s family, we had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Jordan at the nursing home, where we would come and sing and play for and with the residents. He was always smiling and pleasant. We called him the mayor, because he was always talking to the other residents and praying with and for them. He was a great, spiritual leader just from the last 6-8 months that we were able to see him and speak to him. God bless and keep your family, and to our fellow WOG member Sterling and family, we send you love, light and prayers for strength. We know to be absent from the body is to be in the presence of the Lord, and he is resting now. Rest well Sir!

  20. Dr. Smith was friend and mentor to me. He served as Chair of the Board of Pensions of the Church of God for 10 years with distinction. His commitment to Christ and people changed hearts. An extraordinary fisherman, he was an even greater Fisher of Men. Thank you dear Lord for the life and ministry of Dr Jordan Smith

  44. Sympathies to the Smith family, friends and fellow saints of Clement Road Church of God (CRCOG). I didn’t know Pastor Smith long, as I am fairly new to SC. However, never have I met such a warm and welcoming smile and greeting than I received when I first visited CRCOG. There is a Spirit to Spirit connection between saints of God, and it was immediate with Reverend Smith. I will pray for all who will miss him, until you meet again in heaven.
