  10. My condolences to the Hoskins family. I just recently heard of Rev. Hoskins being “Called to Glory” from my coworker/friend and a mentee of Rev. Hoskins, Canas Blackson. To hear all of the things this Man of God has done in his life has truly been inspirational. I thank God for him taking the time, to guide and mentor to Canas Blackston into the Chaplain and Man of God he is today. Job well done Rev. Hoskins, so take your rest. Peace & Blessings.

  12. Sending my deepest sympathy to the Hoskins Family. God’s right hand has gone home. Jesus’s uniqueness of being fully God and fully man allows him to be the human at the right hand of God. As an eternal human, Jesus’s placement at the right hand of the Father should instill comfort and hope for all humans who believe in him. Blessing

  13. God bless you sister Glenn may the Lord give you and your family peace during your time of bereavement. But we can take comfort in knowing that he is in the presence of the Lord, in Psalms 16:11 the scripture says he will make known to me the path of life in your presence is fullness of joy in your right hand there are pleasures forevermore, pastor is in the presence of the Lord and he is experiencing the fullness of God’s joy and his pleasures will he enjoy forever more.

May the Lord God bless you and give you peace doing your time of grieving in Jesus name.

  17. Gwen and the Family,

Brother Ray was truly an inspiration to all who knew him. His unwavering faith, kind spirit, and dedication to serving the Lord were evident in every aspect of his life. He touched the hearts of many, and his absence will be deeply felt within our congregation and beyond.

We will always cherish the memories we shared together. Brother Ray had a way of making everyone feel welcomed, loved, and valued. His warm smile, wise words, and genuine compassion were a testament to his strong faith and the love of Christ dwelling within him.

In times like these, it is natural to feel a sense of grief and loss. However, let us take comfort in the knowledge that Brother Ray has entered into the eternal presence of our Heavenly Father. He has completed his earthly journey and is now at peace, free from pain and suffering. Though we may mourn his absence, we can rejoice in the assurance that he is with the Lord.

During this season of mourning, we encourage you to lean on the love and support of our church community. We are here to lift you up, pray for you, and offer any assistance you may need. May the Lord’s comforting embrace surround you and your family and provide solace to your grieving heart.

Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. May the Lord strengthen and sustain you during this time of loss. If there’s anything we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out.

May the Lord bless and keep you all and may the memory of our beloved Brother Ray continue to inspire us all to walk in the path of righteousness.

  20. To Gwen & Family, We know that you will surely miss your love one’s presence here on earth but we must remember that God loved Ray more than we did and decided to call him home to glory. He’s now safe in the Master’s arms with no more pain, sickness, and suffering. God is in control and his timing, even in death is perfect. He never makes mistakes – just trust Him because our heavenly Father knows exactly what He’s doing. So it is my prayer, family and friends, that God will comfort you from His Holy Word, strengthen you, heal your grieving hearts and give you all the grace you need to bear your heavy burdens and give you a closer walk with the Lord. Jesus has promised us in His Word in Matthew 5:4 that “Blessed are those who morn for they shall be comforted.”
