  31. Kevin, Keith, Ken and the Hart family, it was with deep regret that my family and I learned of Frank’s passing and want you all to know that our hearts and prayers are with you. We were co-workers at the SCDC but I got to know him better as he fellow shipped with your mother at our church, many times after leaving his home church on Sunday mornings. Frank was a good man who had a great sense of humor and loved his family, and the Lord. He was genuine, and during a visit with him a few months ago he revealed the depth of his faith, so be comforted in knowing that all is well with your father, loved one.
