In spite of the time that has passed, Howard leaves an indelible image in my memory. He was always calm, dedicated, caring, and efficient. He was also a morally wonderful human being. I’m sorry to hear of Howard’s passing. I served with him in the 3270th USAR Hospital . I always enjoyed talking with him. He had such extensive knowledge of the the military. I was impressed by his genuine concern for others and liked his sense of humor. My condolences to the family during this difficult time.

Over the years he has continued to be engaged with us as a class. I always enjoyed reengaging with him at all school gatherings.We shared our school memories and our military backgrounds.
