  7. Christopher was in my class at Burnside last school year for 3rd grade. He was a very exceptional child to say the least. He was kind, responsible, hardworking, focused and driven. It was such a joy to know him and see him every day for the year I had him. A beautiful child that I loved so much, I will never forget you Christopher.

  11. I met ‘Lil’ Chris in Youth Baseball with Meadowlake Park while playing with my son. Just by hearing my son, I could tell the two were best of friends and I witnessed it on the fields and in the dugout. On that morning when I received a text from Coach(his granddad), it broke my heart at that instance because’Lil’ Chris was like a son and when I saw his last name was Scott, I was like, “oh my, ‘lil’ Chris is my little cousin.” I will always cherish the memories from baseball like to see him up on the mound taking his time to pitch and he pitched strikes. I loved that he took his time and to noticed how he would pick his leg up sometimes losing balance so he would set it back down to get his balance back, but ‘Lil’ Chris was really focusing in on the pitch and I loved it. Lil man fly high and you will forever be missed and I love you. I pray for peace and strength to the family in this time of grievance and I pray The Most High keeps us all. I love all❤️

  13. I had the pleasure of having Christopher as one of my students two years ago. Although virtual learning was the norm, he made himself known with his mild manner, sense of humor and his dedication to his education and peers. I often think back to my first year of teaching and memories of Christopher bring a smile to my face. He was such a light to my classroom and anyone he was around. I pray for strength and peace for his family. ❤️

  17. Christopher was the sweetest soul at Burnside Elementary School. While he was there he was a passionate, dedicated and quiet student that spoke volumes to him caring about his education and his peers. Although his voice was mild, his strong concern about his Academic Progress and Infectious Smile Radiated the room so much that it made the staff beam with Pride. He is Truly Missed by the Burnside Family. We will continuously Pray for the Strength and Peace of his family, especially his sister of which also once attended Burnside.
    BE ENCOURAGED !!!
