  3. I’m deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Antonio. Growing up together at Condor Elementary, I have so many good memories of our time in the sandbox, playing games, and sharing laughs as we ran up and down Faraway Dr.

I’ll always remember how, during games, he would always pick me first. It wasn’t because I was the best player; it was because he understood the pain I felt of being picked last. That was the kind of friend Antonio was—thoughtful, kind, and always looking out for others. He had a way of making everyone feel included, and he stood up for those who were picked on or less fortunate.

Antonio was the guy everyone wanted to be friends with, not just because he was cool, but because he had a heart of gold. His kindness and genuine spirit made a lasting impact on all of us. He will be truly missed, and I’ll carry his memory with me forever. Rest in peace, my Friend

  5. Rest in peace, Antonio. From running through the halls of Conder Elementary and Dent Middle to all the days we spent hanging out in the Woodfield neighborhood, you were always unapologetically yourself. Those of us who grew up with you understood the challenges you faced and watched you strive to rise above them. Your journey was never easy, but your spirit and presence were unforgettable. You will be truly missed by so many. My heartfelt condolences go out to your family. Gone too soon, but the memories we shared will last a lifetime.

I met Antonio about 25 years ago when I was in elementary and he was a mentor/after school instructor. I’ll never forget his words of wisdom and his humor. I just reconnected with him few years ago on social media. Rest on my guy.
