  11. Extending condolences to the family of my homeboy, David Charles, who resided on House St. around the corner from our family on Tree St. in the Waverly Community where we grew up as friends & neighbors.

As I reflect, it was about this time last year that David, his brother, Warren & I spent better than an hour reminiscing
about our neighborhood & the impact on our growth & development in the parking lot of Walmart.
It was such a pleasant exchange,as we were caught up with a walk down memory lane!

    I will cherish that exchange
with David as a lasting memory of a homeboy gone too soon.

He now joins the brotherhood of our BTW Washingtonians who have gone on to their heavenly reward & eternal rest!

May his family and all who knew him treasure the many memories of a life well lived.
    He will be missed!
