So so sorry for the loss of your son!! I just saw it and was sent to my email from Dreher. I know your pain of losing a son and mine died last year on 9-11. My baby Thomas was only 19. My heart goes out to you and your family! I know God will give you all the strength He gave me to get through it! Feel free to reach out to me!! God bless you all and stay strong!!

To Antoine and Daphne,
One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord.
After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints.
This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You’d walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,there was only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me.”
He whispered, “My precious child, I love you and will never leave you, Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you!
God is fighting for us, pushing back the darkness and carrying us! He’s keeping us even when it doesn’t feel good. Stay strong in Him. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray for healing, comfort, peace and joy!

To my extended Family Georgie/Nurse we are terribly sorry for your sudden loss. You have been truly a blessing to us and continue to support everyone that comes in your path. This young man came from GREAT STOCK! To his mother and father may our God continue to strengthen you both and help you to understand that this is just a temporary season too. The Sanders/Morgan Family are there for you all when you need us as you all have been there for us. Devin you will be remembered and talked of often.
