  9. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to the Adams Family. Bay was an integral part of the Colonial Heights Community growing up. He was always the perfect gentleman. However, as we matured, we lost track of each other and only ran into each other occasionally. May GOD provide you with the strength needed to sustain you during this time of grievance. GOD bless you all!!!
