  4. To my Bouknight Family:

I send my prayers and condolences. I’m not ready to see you for the last time today. My uncle Frank was a man of distinction. The life he live spoke volumes. Always serving God, taking care of his family and filling the gaps for everyone.

So many great memories, riding his boat on lake Murray, making that special barbecue sauce, and making landscape designs so beautifully. When you retired, I asked are you really going to stop working? You just laugh because I know you were going to do some great works, no matter what. That work was your ministry. I came to your church for Men’s Ministry and you and the choir, singed, This is Just a Rehearsal. Get your rest!!!

I will miss you!!! I will miss being able to have our talks and check on you. You were loved by all of us!!! I will continue everything you instilled in me. This IS Just a rehearsal!!! I find comfort knowing to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

  5. Dear family:

Trustee James Bouknight was a wonderful & resourceful addiition to the Trustee Ministry as he served with purpose and distinction doing the laborious tasks we encountered during his tenure of service with the Ministry.

He got so much joy from being handy & helpful as he worked
around the facilities of our church and among the grounds.
He would always ask, when we finished a task, “now what’s next” or what else need doing”?

I always enjoyed and appreciated havng him as a colleague during my tenure as chairperson. He was a dedicated worker with a sense of getting things done.

I admired & was always encouraged by his energy to do what he could for his church.

I extend tender sympathy & condolences to the family at a time such as this.

May he rest in peace as his eternal journey with the Lord
    is now eminent.
