Very sorry to hear about Mr. Charles passing. He was a great man and a bigger man of God. I know he’s rejoicing in heaven. Prayers to family and friends he left behind.
Sending love and prayers to the Hammond, and Charles family. We worshipped together in Progressive of Denmark many years, and at the Home Church in Columbia as well. Many years ago I was a baby sitter for the children. May God continue to Bless and sustain all of you and keep you in His care.

To the Charles family My name is Benita. I had the pleasure to work with Kelly when he first arrived at the SCDOT. You have my deepest sympathy. I will miss my morning calls to remind me how good god is from him . He’s a man who always so good in a bad situation and gave you a word of encouragement. Thanks for sharing him with me.
I was saddened to hear of the transition of Kelly. We were classmates at Edisto. He was very quiet back then, but always held a friendly smile. Praying for his family and friends during this season of bereavement.
So sorry to hear of Kelly’s passing. He was a beloved classmate and will be missed.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Kelly meant so much to me, and over the past few years we grew incredibly close. I will miss the frequent phone calls. He always made sure I knew how much he loved and cared for me and my children, and that’s something I’ll carry with me forever.
He was kind, warm, and truly special. I feel so grateful to have had that bond with him. Please know I’m here for you and your family, and you’re all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
