Our family will remember how nice “Randy” was to us in the community and as a young child in church. The times as a smiling little one at Cleves Memorial CME, and also a smiling nice young man at Gunter’s Chapel Baptist. We also remember as Chief Deputy and short time as Columbia, Chief of Police. Randy was still always a nice gentleman to my family, when seen in the community.

Former Chief Deputy, Randall Scott, will be remembered by many for the personable young man he was & how he impacted lives across Richland County in particular. He was and always will be a shining star as my student and a member of the CAJ class of 1987.
