  8. Dear Eric, Jonathan, Vernon & Family
We were deeply saddened by the lost of our dear Cousin Sean. We are reminded by scripture that “Weeping Endureths for A Night, but Joy comes in the morning”. I will personally miss Sean’s jokes, laugh’s and just radiant, bubbly personality. Sean was like a brother to Mommy and I instead of a cousin. I will surely miss all of his visits and phone calls. God has called another Soldier in his Army home. Our thoughts and prayers are with my family during this difficult time. Lovingly Submitted Cousin’s Patricia Tapp-Seaton, Terrence Tapp and Reginald Seaton.

  10. Condolences to my family (Hopkins family). I will miss our phone calls, laughs, and you telling me “you know who that is, you don’t remember him:her”. We would talk often and you would update me on family, Dreher events, and classmates. Your laugh was infectious. You always treated me like your little sister. We would always end our calls with”love you”. I am truly going to miss my favorite cousin. Love you to the moon and back times infinity.

May God continue to provide comfort and strength during this difficult time.
Sean was loved by many, and all who knew him have many treasured memories. I always looked forward to seeing and visiting with him. He would greet me with a big smile and “Hey cuz”, how long you gonna be here…….next time let me know when you coming, I’ll BBQ a hog just like Uncle Pun (my father, his uncle) did. Come see my horses!
We would laugh and talk about going to Dr. Weston’s pond to fish, his horses, Ali which he let me ride, barbeque, and his love for family. I saw him last in October, a day before his birthday..
wishing him the best. I join you in honoring Sean. We celebrate Sean’s life and especially his triumphs and victories. Sean a dear friend, cousin, and a loved one with many values that characterized his honorable life. I believe that he would hope for his family to continue to love, learn, grow, and flourish.
    Love you Cuz.

  13. I’m honestly lost of words and mixed with emotions. As I sit here just reminiscing and reflecting on our relationship, he took me in as another daughter even though he was really my cousin. The good times we had were filled with not only laughs but also love, discipline and guidance. Our laughs would be about many of his life experience stories and this man could talk for hourssssss. If it was a debate you might as well let him have it because he is going to have the last word or he will have someone you can call that will vouch for him. The love that he shared was always unconditional and if it was hard he called it tough love. The time that we spent together in the yard chatting, out fishing, at trail-rides or just cruising around town will be missed. My passion & love in this horse world is all because of him. I will forever be grateful for the experience and lessons taught. Rest In Peace 🕊💕🐎

  17. I am heartbroken to hear of the passing of Sean. We had some good times when I use to come down to the house with Boogie Bookhart and play quarters. Then we worked at Shakespeare together with Tony Pringle , Juan (RIP) , Roy , Charles , Mark and Charlie(RIP) plus the rest of the crew too many to name! The deep sea fishing trips …. I could go on and on I know this is not easy but we all have to face it one day cause tomorrow is not promised to any of us but God comforts all of our hurt and pain and when your struggling just look to the hills which cometh our help . Our help cometh from the Lord ! God Bless the entire Hopkins family

My heart has been extremely heavy since the news about Sean was confirmed. Though I know and believe he’s in a much better place now; it doesn’t make my broken heart hurt any less.
The thing that I recall during our last conversation about a month or so ago; before we ended our call, he said “I love cuz” and I reciprocated, I love you too cuz.
To the entire Hopkins family and other relatives. I pray we all will lean on the Comforter that was sent to provide us to strength to get through a tough transition in and of life.
