  1. Oh Dear Taylor, I just recently learned of your passing and it’s so hard to accept that you are no longer here with us. It seems like yesterday when we last spoke, and today my head is spinning with disbelief that you’re gone from this earth. No more phone calls just to say hello or just casual conversations about life in general. I know that you had big plans to move back to Florida, so that you can be near your beautiful daughter. Each time we talked you often mentioned your baby girl and how much you miss her. You had a heart of gold and made a positive impact on those who crossed your path. I met you through Edison, and from that day forward it seemed as though it had been for a lifetime. I will always remember a young man (Taylor) with a big caring heart, respectful, intelligent, a passion for music, and that big beautiful smile no matter your circumstances, always stood out. I pray that each and every day that passes God comforts your love ones. Beautiful memories lives on. Love you like my own son.

  2. My sweet Tay. Where do I start? You were one of the sweetest souls a person could encounter. We bumped heads but would always be good by the end of the conversation. You came into my life at the perfect time. You were there in a time I didn’t realize I needed anyone. Our last FaceTime call you were so happy to see me. I hate I couldn’t talk like we normally would. I texted you just 2 days ago when I heard the song you used to sing to me, our song you would say “On My Way Home”. When I saw it turned green I just assumed I texted the wrong number. Ever in a million years would I have guess you were gone. I’ll forever miss and love you my friend. To mom and daughter, Tay talked about y’all all the time. You were his world. I pray peace you both in this time.

As I sit here, reflecting on the moments we shared and the journey we embarked on together, I’m overwhelmed by the realization that there are things left unsaid between us. It pains me to admit that I never had the chance to express just how profoundly important you were to me.

Life has a way of rushing by, and sometimes we find ourselves caught up in the hustle and bustle, leaving sentiments unspoken. It’s in those unspoken words that the deepest regrets take root. I find myself grappling with the ache of missed opportunities, the chance to tell you how much you meant to me, and how your presence illuminated my life in ways I never anticipated.

Now, as time has slipped through our fingers, the cruel reality sets in – the chance to convey the depth of my feelings has evaporated. It’s a painful truth to bear, and I wish I could turn back the hands of time to seize the moments when such declarations could still be uttered.

I want you to know that your impact on my life has been profound and everlasting. Your laughter echoed in my happiest memories, and your support became the foundation upon which I built my strength. Yet, in the complexity of life, I never found the words to adequately express the gratitude and love I harbored for you.

I will be praying for your daughter to find peace and hope after this empty void you left. You loved her with all your heart and I admired that.

With regret and a heavy heart,

    AV

So much to say but no more time to say it, I will miss us fussing about not having everything I needed to make my sandwiches lol, and your smile would light up the darkness room during the toughest times. You may not be physically here anymore but your spirit is and I know I will get to talk to you again ❣️

You always talked about your daughter & mother, they were your pride & joy. I could go on & on about the type of person you are but it’s time for you to rest now. No more worries or stress God got you now. Class of 2017 we love you. TayG Dope Drumz. 🥁🥁 You will be missed.

  18. It takes one moment, one person, and one interaction to change the course of someone’s life forever. Having you as my first teacher at SAE was needed. Without you, I would not have made friends, I would not have stepped outside my shell and talked. You forced me into conversations I was sweating bullets in 😂 also because of you, I have 1 really GREAT homie and without that force nudge, I would still be in my shell… Thank you for pulling me out of my own darkness and getting me out of my own way. I love you forever and still waiting on my sheet music lol

  20. Professor Gibbs at Sae institute, had a heart of gold, and it shows he was one of those rare people who would stop you and just talk to you about life about how to get better in your career etc and a all round good person and that’s rare these days and I’m truly blessed as a student have had him as a teacher, but more importantly have him as a friend because he was truly spectacular and so many in so many ways sincerely, Donovan Montgomery
