  7. In Loving Memory of Thriso Hamilton Jr.

To Brenda, his sons, his grandson, and the entire family, my heart goes out to you during this difficult time.

Thriso Hamilton Jr. was more than a friend he was a part of our village. His presence, kindness, respect, and genuine care for others will not be forgotten. The love and care he showed Brenda was something that could be seen and felt, and it was a beautiful reflection of the man he was.

Thriso was a Christian man who carried himself with dignity and respect. We can take comfort in knowing that the faith he lived and the love he shared left a lasting impression on everyone blessed to know him.

To his sons and grandson, know that your father and grandfather left you something far greater than memories, he left you an example of how to love, care for family, treat people with respect, and walk in faith.

Brenda, may you find comfort in knowing that the love you shared with Thriso mattered, and that his life touched many of us. During this time of sorrow, please know that your village is standing with you, praying for you, loving you, and surrounding you with support.

May God strengthen each of you, give you peace in the days ahead, and comfort your hearts with the precious memories of a good man who was loved, respected, and truly appreciated.

Rest well, Thriso. You were a blessing to our village, and you will be deeply missed. 🙏🏾❤️!

  8. With sincere thoughts and after deep meditations, reflection and prayers, I respectfully send these words of condolences in tribute to my friend and fellow Christian’s brother, 1st Sgt (Ret) Thriso Hamilton Jr. Firisti want to thank God for the wonderful privilege of.becoming acquainted with Sgt Thriso. Being a mother of a daughter who met and was under the supervision of Sgt Thriso while she received her military training in part. at Fort Jackson. My daughter spoke highly about the leadership she was under and always positively or 1stSgt Hamilton. Then some unusual event occurred which necessitated my having to communicate with this Elkins,, wonderful, professional soldier. The occasion allowed me to come to be blessed by the great, sincere effort.Thriso made to accommodate my requests for his assistance. I knew during our call that he was different from what I had received the tone would be. I remember the deep connection we made during those telephone calls. He proved to be a godly man of his words. He did just what he promised me he would do and continued until he had assisted me as a parent to assist my daughter. His actions and demeanor allowed him to make an indelable impact on my heart. He felt like I was talking to a son and knew everything was going to be alright for my daughter and all other trainees under this wonderful human being. I remember fondly the effect of his help Indeed, I knew this intelligent, effective man was Sent to me by God to be a unique blessing to me and to my daughter. I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of this wonderful servant of mankind and God. May his family and loved ones receive the soothing healing of God’s Love and comfort that the knowledge of a love one going to be with God, the One who loved Him first. 12. A fellow military man, passed away on August 5th, just 1 day before he would have had the opportunity to see me graduate. That hurts deeply because I know he was looking forward to being there and sharing that moment with me.

Although he couldn’t physically be there, I’ll carry his memory with me every time I put on this uniform. As someone who served, he understood the sacrifice, commitment, and meaning behind wearing the uniform. I’m grateful that he was proud of me and wanted to be there to celebrate this accomplishment.

I wish he could have stood there with my family and watched me graduate. But I believe his presence will still be with me in spirit.

Rest peacefully. Your service, your memory, and the love you gave to our family will never be forgotten. I’ll make sure that when I wear this uniform, I remember those who came before me and those who believed in me.

You were supposed to see me graduate, but I’ll carry you with me as I continue this journey.

    Rest easy, Soldier. 🇺🇸🫡

  14. Cuz, this is very hard for me. We have been so close since childhood; you never forgot me and I never forgot you. This sadness reminds me of when you left to go into the Army, but you returned back. We kept in touch when you were in the service and when you retired.
You have left me again but this time there is no physical return.
You were always a very sweet and caring man.
I will never forget you and will miss you…..
    I still can’t believe this.

Please know that Thriso was well respected, loved, and appreciated. He will be remembered as a man of great character, devout in his beliefs, who always placed what truly mattered most to him at the top of his priorities.

His passing is tragic. Too soon has he been taken from all of us, but my heart rests easy knowing he is with the Father where he belongs and will greet us all again one day. May God hold him until then.
