Personally, I have been around this group many years as my dad, Rev Joe L Jenkins, Sr , was a former lead singer with the Six Voices and my cousins were also members, Solomon Daniels(RIP), and his brother, Julian Daniels. Solomon and Julian are my dad’s first cousins. Mr Vesco you were a legend and your guitar playing will forever be remembered in South Carolina quartet!! 10. Sincere condolences are extended to the family of Vesco. I have so many fond memories of him from back in the day when we were all singing and attending what we called quartet programs on Sundays. He was with the Six Voices of Zion and me , my sister Mary our cousin Pearl, Margaret Ann out of Camp Fornace, Gertie Williams of Swansea South Carolina and Carrie Tyler were members of The Clouds of Joy. B J Jamison was our manager. Vesco eventually became the husband of my friend Patricia Reese. He was a loving caring husband and father and friend. Great guitar player. May he rest in peace. I am sure Patricia is waiting for his arrival to join her in the heavenly realm.
