  2. Mrs. Hollis was a fashionable and classy Jewel. I am blessed to have known her for many years since attending Benedict College through Ms. Maxine Morant. I always enjoyed conversing with her about hats. She allowed me to create original designs that she loved and wore with class. Prayers to her family and friends.

  15. To Jennifer, Lynn and Family, with a heavy heart, I express my deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your matriarch. Mother Hollis was very special to me! She was a Woman of God, beautiful inward and outward, filled with grace, poise, integrity, wisdom, and love. I was humbled and honored when she asked me to be one of her Instructors when she started her business years ago. Mother Hollis always treated me like a daughter. May the fond memories you shared together, your faith, the love and support of family and friends give you strength and comfort. God will take care of you. Love you all. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18).

  18. I always felt equally “kin” to my cousin Ben and the beautiful woman he married. She was always for me Anne, Ben’s wife. She appreciated the gifts, even of the very young, and devoted a part of her life to enabling them to find their place in music, dance, and the arts. She lived a full life as a wife, mother, friend, sister, cousin, and widow, and her memory will be honored for generations to come.

  19. Thank GOD for a beautiful flower, Mrs. Annie Lee Sanders Hollis. I met Mrs. Annie. through my beloved friend and sister in CHRIST, Faye Love. Mrs. Ann was an virtuous woman. The light of CHRIST manifested through her. She processed remarkable wisdom. She displayed love to all whom came in contact with her. Her hands were always reaching out to help a need. To the family, she will be missed but her spirit will be with you. Mrs. Annie Lee Sanders Hollis lives on in your hearts. You are not alone in your grieving the COMFORTER is with you.
    Love and prayers,

  20. Cousin Anne was a ray of sunshine in our lives. She was dependable, supportive loving and extremely family oriented. Her unselfish efforts to keep//bring us together was consistent. The passion was displayed in caring for her siblings, special nephew, children, grands and others. Even if she had to drive out-of-town, the mission was considered.
Annie S Hollis was a woman filled with natural grace and beauty. Tasks were performed with decency, dignity and in order. Her career in education and affiliations provided the opportunity to positively influence others. We Praise God For A Life Well-Lived.
