  1. Dear Sweet April:

It’s still difficult to believe you are gone from this world. I don’t know what I would have done without you caring for my mother! Your love and excellent care made her last months so much more comfortable and peaceful. You were not an employee, you were a true friend. You have done so much for me as well.

Your love and pride in your family was so evident in all you did. Your husband, children, grandchildren and your extended family all were recipients of your strength, love, and deep Christian faith.

Now that family must go on having memories of your deeds, love, and faith deep in their hearts. I know they are struggling in their missing you.

May God grant them the strength, will, and faith to continue to live in God’s love and mercy.

  5. April was such an inspiration to many. A great woman of prayer, faith and love serving people. April always put the needs of others first. I met April in 2012, I was in a low point in life during that time. April knew how to uplift your spirit, because when you were around her it was no sadness regardless of the circumstances. April and George would get up early Saturday mornings (5:00am), prepare meals for the homeless and they were good hot meals, they would sit down and eat with the homeless, they did this for years and never missed a Saturday. April and George made the homeless and everyone that came into their presence made them feel at home without judging them. I can write books on April and George. April was the epitome of a true servant. She served well!!!
