Dr. Brooks-Goins was a trailblazer in the field of educational human resources; she was one of a kind. Dr. Brooks-Goins was also a woman of high principles with a strong work ethic and a determination to do the right thing. My prayers are with her family as they grieve the loss of her presence in their daily lives.
