Sorry to hear of the passing of Betty Jean. We grew up in Taylor Memorial Baptist Church . I have many fond memories of us being in Sunday School, Wednesday night prayer services and participating in the various youth activities and vacation Bible School. Her grandmother , the late Sister Porterfield, was one of the loving, caring adult members who guided and nurtured us throughout the years .May God grant the family the peace , comfort and strength needed during this time of bereavement.
